Performance Capacitor Films

TPL specializes in fabrication of high‐quality thin films for capacitors. Physical deposition or casting of polymer film is performed on ultra‐smooth release substrates in a class 100 clean room. Continuous film fabrication can be achieved to a thickness of 3.0 μm with a narrow distribution. 

Controlled solvent removal and/or thermal curing is achieved with multiple radiant and convection oven zones. Product film rolls can then be processed using conventional film roll winding and processing.
